Should I install water or electric underfloor heating?

If you are refurbishing your entire house and flat then a wet undefloor heating system is a viable option. Generally, Gas is a cheaper way to heat your than electricity. However, if you are just looking to remove the floor to install an underfloor heating system then electricity will be your best option. Electric underfloor heating is a lot cheaper and easier to install. Electric ufh heats the floor directly by using cables and heating mats that go under the flooring surface.
